24/7 Pharmacy is hiring Senior Pharmacists with 7+ years of experience for our expanding residential pharmacy network in Mumbai.
We are looking for experienced, responsible and compliance-aware pharmacists who can handle prescription verification, medicine dispensing, customer counselling, team guidance and store-level pharmacy discipline.
This role is suitable for someone who has worked in a serious retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy or pharmacy chain environment and can take ownership beyond only counter sales.
Key responsibilities:
Verify prescriptions before dispensing medicines
Handle H / H1 / X and other regulated medicines responsibly
Guide junior pharmacists, B.Pharm interns and D.Pharm interns
Ensure accurate medicine picking, packing and handover
Support WhatsApp / phone medicine-order workflows
Counsel customers on dosage, timing and basic medicine usage as required
Maintain prescription records and compliance discipline
Monitor expiry, batch, stock and substitution accuracy
Coordinate with store team, riders and operations team
Help reduce wrong-medicine, wrong-batch and delayed-order errors
Support refill reminder capture and chronic customer follow-up
Maintain daily pharmacy workflow reports
Ideal candidate:
Registered pharmacist
Minimum 7+ years of pharmacy experience
Strong retail / hospital / chain pharmacy background
Experience at Wellness Forever, Noble Plus, Zeno Health, Apollo Pharmacy, MedPlus, Tata 1mg offline or reputed hospital pharmacies preferred
Strong prescription-reading and medicine knowledge
Practical, disciplined and customer-friendly
Comfortable guiding junior pharmacists and interns
Mumbai-based preferred
